JDS employs a range of specialists Tutors, Therapeutic Practitioners, Mentors, and Behaviour Specialists, all with extensive experience in working with children who face challenges in mainstream and SEN education. Our staff includes a former primary school teacher, who ensure they provide a comprehensive and personalised support for each learner.

Jaimie founded JDS Recruitment in 2016, alongside Dean, with the drive and determination to create a leading organisation dedicated to providing high-quality education staff to schools across London. With over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Jaimie has a long-standing reputation for excellence in leadership, strategic planning, and innovative thinking. During the last 7 years, Jaimie has developed a specialist knowledge of supporting both special needs schools and alternative provisions. This has enabled him to provide the very best education professionals to every client. Outside of work, Jaimie enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 2 children. Alongside Jaimie, Dean has founded, established, and continued to grow JDS Recruitment since 2016. With over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry and over 10 years solely servicing the Education Sector, Dean has an abundance of knowledge and skills that allow him to confidently deliver and supply the very best professional staff to his clients. Dean has supported Primary, Secondary, SEN Schools and Alternative Provisions across London and the Home Counties, and now focuses on schools in Essex, with a particular emphasis on the Harlow area. This area is close to his heart as both of his children attend schools in this area. When he’s not working, Dean likes to stay busy spending time with his family and Cavapoo – Waffle, supporting West Ham United, and traveling to experience different cultures. His leadership ensures that JDS Tuition Services supports learners in a nurturing environment, helping them achieve both academic and personal development goals.

Samantha is a Qualified Teacher with over 8 years’ experience working within Primary Schools in Essex and East London. During her time as a teacher, she has worked across all year groups from Reception to Year 6. Before training to be a teacher, Samantha worked within Social Care recruitment finding roles for Qualified Social Workers and Support staff. Samantha is naturally nurturing and offers invaluable ongoing support to tutors at JDS Tuition Services, enhancing the quality of care and guidance provided to both staff and students.

Welcome to Bo! Throughout 5 years in the recruitment industry, Bo has gained experience across multiple of sectors. Bo did originally start her recruitment career in Education then shortly moved over to the healthcare sector. Now Bo has recently joined the Compliance Team at JDS and looking to progress her knowledge back into the Education Sector. Outside of work life, Bo enjoys travelling and sightseeing new places as well as enjoying a pina colada while soaking up in the sun! She also enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. Kelly joined JDS Recruitment in April 2024, returning to recruitment after years in the sales sector. Kelly has an amazing energy and meticulous eye for detail and has now joined our Compliance Team. Kelly’s variable sales background has given her an insight to how a business operates and succeeds and how to build relationships with both candidates and clients. Kelly has been a fan of Formula 1 for many years, attending races and test weekends.
